Malaysian Youth Bioinformatics Symposium (MYBS) is a program that is organized by the Bioinformatics students of Multimedia University (MMU), Melaka. Bioinformatics is a science field that combines both biology and information technology. This multidisciplinary field is still new in Malaysia and the development of this field needs to be encouraged. This program aims to improve the understanding and skills in the field of bioinformatics among its students in Malaysia. Therefore, MYBS is designed to give better exposures to the importance and potential future of bioinformatics in Malaysia.
